Beginning March of 2022, Microsoft is changing how licensing is working for their Office 365 (email) products. Going forward we are no longer able to lower licenses monthly if there is a decrease in the amount used. This can only be done annually on the anniversary date of when your licenses were purchased. Unfortunately, this may cause you to retain (and pay for) licenses for the reminder of the year you are no longer using.
